Today’s post is about keeping things simple and easy, and of course stress-free at Christmas time. So rather than bore you with a long diatribe on how we’re getting along on our bucket list (we’ve come to a standstill due to a certain little someone being sick) I thought I’d make a list of things you can do to get into the spirit of the season.

- Although we haven’t crossed a ton off this list, it is a tradition I am thinking about holding onto. We attended a Christmas party in our building last night (we have the best neighbours) so I’ll substitute that out for something. I’m not going to stress. Call it what you like, we call it our Advent Calendar (bucket list style) for Christmas. There’s still time to make yours!

It has been the one thing I’ve changed that has made the biggest difference in de-Grinchifying my life. Although you may also know the secrets to a better night’s sleep already, it’s always good to have a reminder.
